WHEN DO i NEED TO RSVP?

Please send us your acceptances or regrets by August 10, 2024.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO RSVP?

Please use the RSVP link on the website to give us an accurate head count for the ceremony and for you to receive a formal invitation in the mail. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at jenny.blanchard95@gmail.com or text at (423) 718-6436.

CAN i BRING A PLUS ONE?

Please include your significant other and children or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. Please note there may be a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you feel we left out someone important, please let us know.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Absolutely! Please list your children on your household RSVP so we can make sure there is enough food and seats for them. For toddlers and babies, we have an upstairs room for parents. Please let us know if there are any accommodations we can assist with at the wedding.


What do I do if something changes, and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

We understand things come up. Just email or text us right away so we can make changes.

Where are you registered?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. The Registry link at the top of the page will navigate you to our Registry site.

CEREMONY & RECEPTION

When should I get there?

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm (EST). You are welcome to come as early as 2:45pm. We recommend you arrive by 3:15pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

Where is the wedding?

The ceremony and reception will be held at Holston Springs. The address is 1144 Wooddale Church Rd, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is plenty of gravel parking available at the venue. Please help others by having families ride together.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors and outdoors under roof cover.

What will the weather be like?

While we can't predict the exact forecast, Knoxville October weather typically ranges from 76° F high / 49° F low with little to no chance of rain. We’d like our guests to be prepared for the temperate weather. The ceremony will be held outdoors. We recommend checking the weather before packing and dressing for the day.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses, and jumpsuits, suits and ties, dress pants with button-down shirt.

Can I take pictures?

We have paid for a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. Some of these photos will be posted on social media for viewing purposes. All the photos will be available to a link that will be sent out by request. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!

Most importantly, when will we eat?

Cocktail hour will begin after the ceremony where there will be snacks and drinks. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm.

What is i have a dietary restriction?

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns, allergies or dietary restrictions, please list it in while you RSVP, and we will confer with our caterer.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes! There will be a bar with beer and wine to get everyone started.

Will there be dancing?

There will definitely be an amusing interpretation of it.

Can I take home FOOD?

We don't want to waste so please take food with you if you desire. If you'd like to bring Tupperware for leftovers.

When will the reception end?

Send off will be at 9:00pm. Guests may remain until 11pm.

What are the directions to the wedding?

If traveling on Wooddale Church Rd, BEFORE you reach the stop sign at the intersection of Wooddale Church Rd and McCubbins Rd, you will see a Holston Springs sign on Wooddale Church Rd. Follow the S shaped road up to the Holston Springs Venue and Lodge. The door on the back of the Venue will lead you to the stairs up to the lodge.

Who do I call in case I get lost the day of the wedding?

You can call the wedding planner at 513-817-7815. Please see below for a map of the wedding venue.

Where should I stay?

There are a dozen hotels in the area for you to choose from that are near the venue. The venue is located 15 minutes east of downtown Knoxville. If you need assistance with booking, please contact us.

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Knoxville?
